DELIVERY

When ordering belts, the ship date is the date you expect us to ship from the shop not to be confused with a delivered date. Lead times are estimates at time of quote, not guaranteed and are pendent on time of order. All lead times quoted are based on working business days with the date of order placement and holidays excluded. If assured dates or lead time changes are required, then you must call for confirmation of requested need.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Our Technical Sales and Service Representatives, Inside Support Group and Rubber Product Specialists are asked for advice and recommendations on a regular basis. Many times the information provided is estimates or approximations of secondhand information. We can only provide advisement and recommendations based on your information. We cannot guarantee an application unless we have on-site inspection. Any guarantee shall be in writing. Caution should be used in ordering the correct product as most times it is of little or not value after it is made to your specifications. When sending us a sample to identify, quote, troubleshoot or for fabrication, always call for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This will help us track the status of your request.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned prepaid with prior Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). The return may be subject to a restocking charge upon our inspection. We reserve the right to repair or replace what is proven defective. See warranty policy.
